How do I approach your company for a project?

How do I raise tickets for Support?

Simply click on Help option and you need to fill up your name, E-Mail ID and raise your ticket. Our support team will get in touch with you within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can also mail us to support@seehash.zohosupport.com

How do I track the status of my tickets?

Once you raise your ticket, you will be E-Mailed with a Ticket number and a link to track the same. You will also be notified of the ticket status via E-Mail.

How do I become a vendor of Seehash?

You can mail us to info@seehash.com specifying the details of your company, your company brochure and your proposal. Please make sure to give your correct contact details. Our empanelment team will look into your mail and call you for further enquiry. If your proposal is accepted, a vendor empanelment form will be sent to you, which you need to fill and send us back duly signed. Once the empanelment team verifies all the data, you will be provided with a vendor code.

Do you sign legal contract before starting the project?

Yes, We sign a software agreement before starting a project with our client. We send a complete scope document to the client and upon agreement on the scope, the agreement will be signed.

How do I apply for a job at Seehash?

What is the interview process at Seehash?

Once your resume reaches us, the HR team will screen your resume and call you directly for a telephonic interview. Upon shortlisting, you will be asked to come for a direct interview at the office premises. Next round of interview is an Aptitute Test. You will be given around 10 basic aptitude questions to answer in form of MCQs. Duration : 15 minutes.

Upon clearing Aptitude round, there is Technical Round. You will be given a task as per your experience and expertise. You will be given 1 hour to finish the same.

Once you clear Technical round, you will be interviewed by HR to know your Salary expectations and to explain you the company policies.

At last, there will be a Managerial round, where you will be interviewed by one of the person from Management and upon clearing this round, your offer will be confirmed to you in writing via E-Mail.

Is it possible to reschedule my interview?

No. Since the interviews are scheduled only after confirming with the candidates, it is not possible to reschedule it unless notified to us at least one week before your schedule.

How do I know my interview status?

Your interview status will be notified to you via E-Mail. You will receive the interview status within 5 business days from the date of your interview.

Does Seehash provide internships?
